| Abstract: | A case of arsenical keratosis with multiple lesions of Bowen's disease and squamous cell carcinoma is described. The patient was successfully treated with a combination of acitretin and intralesional 5-fluorouracil. All the lesions resolved after three months of therapy with no side effects and no recurrence during four months of follow-up. |
