| 摘 要： | 目的:观察巴曲酶治疗急性进展性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对36例急性进展性脑梗死患者采用巴曲酶治疗,并观察临床疗效、血浆纤维蛋白原含量,同时与常规治疗者进行比较。结果:使用巴曲酶治疗后能快速阻止局限性脑缺血症状的进展,神经功能改善明显优于对照组,血浆纤维蛋白原含量显著低于对照组,不增加梗死后出血发生率。结论:巴曲酶治疗急性进展性脑梗死是快速有效且安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of large dose defibrin in treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction. Methods: 36 cases of acute progressive cerebral infarction were treated with defibrin and the plasma fibrinogen, clinical effect were observed and compared with control group. Results: Defibrin employed in treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction could stop rapidly the progression of the symptoms due to local cerebral ischemia and improve the neurological function, lower the level of plasma fibrinogen. Conclusion: Defibrin is a rapid, effective and safe medicine to treat acute progressive cerebral infarction. |
