| 摘 要： | 124例不同类型的脑瘫患儿根据不同分型分别采用头针、体外、穴位注射、耳穴贴压、点穴按摩、功能训练及手术等综合康复方法治疗，取得较好效果，总有效率为69．36％。结果表明：康复方法和疗效与分型有着直接的关系，如何对各种类型脑瘫分别采用更为有效的方法是脑瘫康复的关键。

| Abstract: | According to types of cerebral palsy, comprehensive rehabilitation therapies such as acupunc ture therapy, body acupuncture therapy, acupoint injection therapy, ear-acupoint sticking compressing thera py, acupoint massage, function training and surgery etc. were used to treat 124 children with cerebral palsy.The results showed that rehabilitation methods and therapeutic effects were directly related with the types of cerebral palsy. How to select more effect therapy for each type of cerebral palsy was the key to the rehabilita tion of cerebral palsy. |
