| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）患儿血清补体（C）、免疫复合物（IC）、免疫球蛋白（Ig）成分含量变化和在发病机理中的作用。方法采用免疫透射比浊法和聚乙二醇沉淀比浊法对MPP患儿反正常对照组血清IgA、IgG、IgM、C4和C3含量进行检测。结果MPP患儿急性期和恢复期血清IgC、IgM、IC、C3、C4含量均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．01）。MPP重症组血清IgA、IgG、IC、C3、C4含量明显高于轻症组（P〈0．01或0．05）。结论MPP患儿体液免疫活性变化在MPP发病机制中起重要作用，并对判定病情严重程度有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig),immune complex(IC),complement(C),and its effect in pathogenesis in chindren with mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia(MPP). Methods The levels of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,IC,and C_4,C_3 were detected in patient with MPP and in normal contral group by using turbidity method. Results The levels of serum IgG,IgM,IC,and C_4,C_3 in severe group were higher than those in mild group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusion The change of activity of humoral immunity play an important role in pathogenesis of children with MPP and is valuable in determining the severity of the disease. |
