| 摘 要： | 目的比较脉冲Nd:YAG激光多点布阵术与CO2激光治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法宫颈糜烂患者409例随机分为两组,脉冲Nd:YAG激光多点布阵术治疗208例,CO2激光治疗201例。观察术中创面渗血及不适感。术后随访3个月评价疗效。结果脉冲Nd:YAG激光多点布阵术和CO2激光治疗宫颈糜烂的总有效率分别为98.6%和98.5%,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);创面渗血脉冲Nd:YAG激光多点布阵术组2例(1.0%),CO2激光组36例(17.9%),差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗过程中出现小腹不适脉冲Nd:YAG激光多点布阵术组33例(15.9%),CO2激光组7例(3.5%),差异有显著性意义(P≤0.01)。结论两种方法治疗宫颈糜烂的效果相近,脉冲Nd:YAG激光多点布阵术的止血作用优于CO2激光,但治疗过程中部分患者有不适感。
