| 摘 要： | 健康经济学的基本问题是医疗消费者需求弹性和由此引起的医疗需求问题。健康经济学对我国正在推行的新型农村合作医疗制度的启示是：要在充分研究我国农村居民的医疗消费特征和医疗务件(主要是医生素质)的基础上，进行制度创新。

| Abstract: | The basic problems of the health economics are requirement flexibility of the medical consumer and the induced demand. What the health economics reveals to the carrying-out new cooperative medical treatment policy of Chinese country is that the policy innovation should be on the foundation of the sufficient research of Chinese country residents' medical consumption character and medical condition (doctor' s diathesis) . |
