精神科护士心理健康状况调查及干预对策

目的 探讨精神科护士心理健康状况，针对护士心理压力因素提出干预对策。方法对88名精神科护士采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况，并与全国常模进行对比分析。结果精神科护士症状自评量表的阳性项目数、阳性症状均分，总分及强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执因子分均显著高于全国常模（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论精神科护士存在诸多的心理问题，其心理健康水平显著低于普通人群，医院领导及主管部门应采取有效措施改善护士的工作环境和生活条件，以利于提高护士的心理健康水平，使她们能更安全、更积极地为患者提供更优质的服务。

The investigation and intervention on mental health status of psychiatric nurses

Objective To explore the menal health status of psychiatric nurses and to give intervention strategy according to their mental stress. Mehtods 88 psychiatric nurses were tested with symptom checklist-90（SCL-90） for their mental status, and were compared to the norm. Results The score and mean score of positive items, the total score and facor＇s scores of compulsive, intrapersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoia of SCL-90 in those nurses were higher than the norm. Conclusion Psychiatric nurses have more mental problems. The work environment and living condition should be improved in order to enhance their mental health.
