孟鲁司特联合舒利迭和单用舒利迭治疗重度哮喘的比较

目的比较孟鲁司特与舒利迭联合治疗与单用舒利迭治疗重度哮喘的有效性.方法将50例成人慢性重症哮喘病例随机分成两组,分别使用有孟鲁司特联合舒利迭及单用舒利迭治疗12周,在治疗前后观察肺功能和临床症状的改变.结果两组治疗前后第1秒用力呼气量(forced expiratory volume in 1 second,FEV1)改善率和FEV1占预计值的百分数均有显著提高(P＜0.01).在治疗后第8周,加用孟鲁司特组FEV1改善率和FEV1占预计值的百分数较舒利迭组的提高有显著差异(P＜0.05).孟鲁司特与舒利迭联合治疗的临床症状评分明显优于单用舒利迭(P＜0.01).结论应用舒利迭同孟鲁司特联合治疗哮喘能更迅速改善临床症状和肺功能,提示二者有一定的疗效相加作用.对单用舒利迭治疗仍不能有效控制哮喘的患者加用孟鲁司特是一种新的治疗选择.

Comparison of therapeutic efficiency of seretide plus montelukast and seretide only on patients with severe persistent asthma

Objective To compare the efficiency of seretide plus montelukast and seretide only on patients with severe persistent asthma. Methods Fifty patients with severe persistent asthma were randomly divided into two groups treated with seretide plus montelukast or seretide only for 12 weeks. The pulmonary function and clinical symptom before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) after treatment improved significantly in the both groups (P<0.01). The improved rate of FEV1 and FEV1% in the predicted value in the group plus montelukast was significantly higher than that in the group without montelukast at week 4 after treatment (P<0.05). The symptom score in the group plus montelukast were significantly lower than that in the group without montelukast (P<0.01). Conclusion The clinical improvement appears more rapidly in treatment by seretide plus montelukast than by seretide only.
