《内经》腧穴概念在热敏灸中的重要指导作用

目的：阐述《内经》腧穴概念在热敏灸中的重要指导作用。方法：从《内经》对腧穴内涵的原始定义及临床热敏灸感的现象入手,论述热敏灸感的出现部位与《内经》腧穴概念的关系。结果：（1）腧穴的原始内涵是指动态的、敏化态、疾病在体表的反映部位与针灸治疗部位;（2）产生热敏灸感的部位是热敏态穴位,是灸疗的最佳选穴,也是施灸的准确部位。结论：《内经》腧穴概念及探感定位技术能指导临床提高灸疗疗效。

The Important Steering Effetcs of Acupoints Concept in Neijing in the Heat-sensitive Moxibustion

Objective：To expound the important steering effects of acupoints concept in Neijing in the heat-sensitive moxibustion.Methods：Base on the original definition of acupoints in Nei Jing and the clinical evidence of heat sensitive moxibustion,the present paper expounds the relationship between heat sensitive sense location and acupoints＇ connotation.Results：（1） The acupoints＇ connotation is dynamic and sensitive,which is the reactive positions of diseases on body surface and the best therapeutic positions for acupuncture. （2） The heat sensitive sensation location is the heat-sensitive acupoint and the best acupoint for moxibusion therapy,and also the accurate position for moxibusion.Conclusion：The original Acupoints Concept and positioning technique in moxibusion therapy in Neijing is Important in raising the moxibustion curative effect.
