昆明地区儿童肺炎支原体感染的流行病学分析

目的了解昆明地区儿童肺炎支原体（MP）感染的流行病学及其影响因素。方法 对2008年10月～2009年9月在昆明地区确诊为呼吸道感染的953例患儿取静脉血,用被动凝集法检测MP特异性抗体IgM（MP-IgM）。结果 953例呼吸道感染患儿MP-IgM的总阳性检出率为18.8%;其中0～4岁年龄组患儿MP-IgM阳性检出率为13.6%,5～7岁年龄组为26.8%,8～13岁年龄组为37.3%。8～13岁年龄组患儿MP-IgM的阳性检出率明显高于其他年龄组（P〈0.05）。1～3月MP-IgM的阳性检出率为27.5%,4～6月为15.9%,7～9月为13.7%,10～12月为17.7%,1～3月MP-IgM的阳性检出率明显高于其它月份（P〈0.05）。结论 MP为昆明地区儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体,冬春季是MP感染的高发季节,学龄期儿童更易感染MP。

Epidemiologic study on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children in Kunming

Objective To observe the epidemiologic status of mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP） infection in children in Kunming.Methods 953 children with acute respiratory tract infection from October 2008 to September 2009 were taken of venous blood and detected the mycoplasma pneumoniae specific antibody IgM（MP-IgM） with passive particle agglutination.Result The total positive rate of MP-IgM in 953 samples was 18.8%.The positive rate of MP-IgM in 0～4 years old age group was13.6%,5～7 years old age group was 26.8%,8～13 years old age group was 37.3%.The positive rate of MP-IgM in 8～13 years old age group was higher significantly than that of other age groups（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of MP-IgM respectively in the firstquarter,the second,the third and the fourth were 27.5%,15.9%,13.7% and 17.7%.The positive rate of MP-IgM in the first quarter was higher significantly than that of other age groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP） is the main etiological agent in Kunming,especially in winter and spring,and MP infection has a high incidence in school age children.
