| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨有冠心病家族史子孙的血清脂质水平。方法 :对有冠心病家族史的 5 2例健康父母及新生儿(观察 1,2组 )与无冠心病家族史的比例父母及 174例新生儿 (对照组 1、2组 )的血清胆固醇、载脂蛋白A1 apoA1 ]、载脂蛋白BapoB]、脂蛋白 (a) LP(a) ]的测定水平进行比较。结果 :观察 1、2组的apoB均值与LP(a)的均值及其浓度增高频率均明显高于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,差异有显著性。结论 :apoB、LP(a)有明显的遗传倾向 ,是进行新生儿脂质筛查的可靠指标。有冠心病家族史的后代 ,发生冠心病的危险性增高

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the level of plasma lipids of the rising generations from families with coronary disease. Methods: The difference of plasma cholesteral, apolipoprotein A 1, apolipoprotein B and lipoprotein(a) level between the members of normal families (the control) and the members of the studied families was examined. 60 parents, 174 newborns in the control and 52 parents with their newborns in the studied families were tested for levels of their plasma. Results: The avarege plasma level of apoB and LP(a) of the studied group was significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Heredity is a factor in human's coronary heart disease. The test of plasma lipids in newborns may provide a data showing if the kid is in high risk of suffering coronary heart disease. And the family history may give the same information as well. |
