| 摘 要： | 目的评价小剂量红霉素治疗极低出生体重儿喂养不耐受的疗效。方法将2009年6月—2012年6月入住安徽医科大学附属六安医院NICU病房42例诊断为喂养不耐受的早产儿尤其极低出生体重儿(VLBWI)随机分为两组,治疗组20例和对照组22例,两组患儿均以常规护理和治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用小剂量红霉素静脉滴注5 mg.kg-1.d-1,疗程7～10 d。结果治疗组与对照组在症状消失时间、恢复至出生体重时间、达到足量喂养日龄及住院天数比较均有显著性差异(P值均小于0.05)。结论小剂量红霉素可促进胃肠动力,提高喂养耐受性,较早恢复至出生体重,缩短住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect on small dose of intravenous erythromycin for very low birth weight infants with feeding intolerance.Methods The study was carried out in 42 VLBWI with feeding intolerance in the NICU department from June 2009 to June 2012.They were divided randomly into the test group with 20 cases and control group with 22 cases.The test group was given intravenous infusion erythromycin at 5mg·kg-1·d-1 for 7~10 days based on routine treatment and nursing care.Results Significant difference was found between the test group and the control group in the time for symptoms to disappear,time to restore to birth weight dates to,achieve adequate feeding days and hospitalization days（P0.05）.Conclusion Feeding intolerant neonates have abnormal gastrointestinal motility.Small dose of intravenous erythromycin promotes neonatal gastrointestinal motility,and reduces the duration of hospital stays. |
