| 摘 要： | 目的探讨逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)诊疗术在胆胰系统疾病中的诊疗价值。方法回顾分析2009年7月—2012年8月在该院接受ERCP诊疗的281例相关资料。结果 ERCP成功率95.4%;其中胆总管结石占首位,为88.6%,恶性胆道梗阻占10.3%;乳头良性狭窄占1.1%。并发症发生率3.2%,无穿孔及死亡等严重并发症。结论 ERCP对于胆系疾病来说是一安全有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of ERCP in the treatment for biliary diseases.Methods 281 cases,who received ERCP from July 2009 to August 2012,were retrospectively reviewed to assess the role of ERCP in the treatment for various biliary diseases.Results The total success rate of ERCP was 95.4%.It was used to treat bile duct stone（88.6%）,malignant biliary obstruction（10.3%）and benign papillary stricture（1.1%）.The overall rate of complication was 3.2%,no perforation and death was observed.Conclusion ERCP is an effective and safe treatment for various biliary diseases. |
