导尿管相关尿路感染预防与控制技术指南在ICU的应用及效果研究

目的通过监测ICU病人留置尿管相关尿路感染发生情况及病原菌分布,探讨导尿管相关尿路感染预防与控制技术应用的效果。方法将2010年3月—2012年2月期间ICU留置尿管病人分为两组,对其尿路感染情况进行分析、对比。结果导尿管相关尿路感染率与留置尿管时间成正比,其中女性患者感染率高于男性患者,感染病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主。结论严格执行技术指南,控制不必要的置管及缩短置管时间,严格无菌操作和手卫生规范,加强监管等可有效降低导尿管所致尿路感染的发生率。

Intensive care units(ICU)application and effects research of technical guide on prevention and control of catheter-associated urinary tract infection

Objective To discuss the skills applications and effects of prevention and control of catheter-associated urinary tract infection by monitering the situations of urinary catheter related urinary tract infection of ICU patients as well as the distribution of the pathogen.Methods The patients with indwelling catheter in ICU were divided into two groups（control group and test group）from March 2010 to February 2012.The CAUTIs incidences of two groups were compared.Results The CAUTIs incidence was proportional to the indwelling time of catheter.It was especially higher for the female patients.Gram-negative bacteria were the main pathogen.Conclusion To carry out the techonical guides strictly,we should control unnecessary indwelling of urinary catheter as well as shorten the time,execute aseptic operation and hand hygiene standards strictly,and enforce monitering,which could decrease the incidence of catheter-caused urinary tract infection effectively.
