鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化血及组织中脂质过氧化水平的观察

摘    要:用高胆固醇饲料造成鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型,于20、30、45和60d处死,分别与正常组比较,对其红细胞谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比活性;血浆、心脏、肝、睾丸及脑组织中SOD,脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平以及血浆乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性进行了动态观察。结果表明:随着AS逐渐形成,血浆、红细胞、心脏和脑组织中SOD比活性和LPO水平在不同时间发生不同程度的变化:即高脂组SOD比活性明显低于正常组,LPO含量则明显高于正常组。肝脏和睾丸中此两项指标无规律性变化。红细胞GSW-px比活性变化不显著。血浆LDH活性随着AS的形成有升高的趋势,60d时有显著性差异。

Abstract:The quails which had high cholesterol diet were made into the models of atherosclerosis and were separately killed at the 20th, 30th,45th and 60th days. The specific activity of GSH-px and SOD in erythrocyte,the specific activity of SOD and LPO levels in heart,liver,testes and brain,and the LDH activity in plasma were dynamically observed and were separately compared with those of the normal group. The results showed that the SOD activity and LPO levels in erythrocyte,heart,brain and plasma had a corresponding changes in various period with the formation of atherosclerosis.That is,in hyperlipid group the SOD activity was significantly lower than that in the normal group,and the LPO levels were higher than those in the normal group. But the two indexs had no marked changes too. The LDH activity in plasma had an increasing tendency with the formation of atherosclerosis,and had a significant change at the 60th day. The experiments had a directive function for the variation of LPO levels of blood and tissues with the formation of atherosclerosis.
