| 摘 要： | 目的 对比研究女性间质性膀胱炎(interstitial cystitis,IC)和膀胱过度活动(overactive bladder,OAB)患者的尿动力学特征.方法 回顾性研究21例IC患者和32例OAB患者(均为女性)的尿动力学表现差异.结果 IC组最大尿流率(Qmax)、初始尿意容量(VFD)、最大尿意容量(MV)以及膀胱顺应性(BC)均明显小于OAB组(P＜0.05),OAB组发生逼尿肌过度活跃(detrusor overactivity,DO)25例(78.1%),IC组2例(9.5%),2组DO例数上亦有明显差异(P＜0.05).结论 女性IC患者和OAB患者在临床上表现有较大相似性,但两者的尿动力学表现在很多方面均存在差异.尿动力学检查是鉴别IC和OAB的重要方法.
