| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2，-9(MMP-2，-9)的蛋白和mRNA定位表达。方法：用免疫组化，原位杂交，RT-PCR法分别检测41例食管癌组织标本中MMP-2，-9的mRNA及蛋白定位表达。结果：用RT-PCR、原位杂交2种不同方法检测食管癌组织及癌细胞MMP-9mRNA的阳性表达率分别为80．49％和53．66％，MMP-2mR-NA的阳性表达率分别为58．54％和9．76％，食管癌细胞与组织成分中MMP-9阳性表达相-致，但MMP-2明显不符。结论：本研究结果提示MMP-9由食管癌组织中的肿瘤细胞分泌，而MMP-2则非肿瘤细胞所分泌。

| Abstract: | Aim: To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and -9(MMP-2,-9) in human esophageal cancer tissue. Methods: MMP-2,-9 mRNA and protein were examined using the method of immunohistochemistry,in situ hybridization, and RT-PCR in 41 cases of esophageal cancer. Results:The percentage of positive expression of MMP-9 in tumor cells(53.66%) was coincident with that in tumor tissue(80.49%), but the MMP-2 percentage in the cancer cells (9.76%) was significantly different from that in the cancer tissue(58.54%). Conclusion: It indicates that MMP-9 is secreated by cancer cells, while the MMP-2 is not. |
