盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

目的观察盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将2008年9月—2012年5月我院收治的80例小儿支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,2组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索。比较2组患儿气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间以及临床疗效,不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗过程中气促消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、体温恢复时间以及住院时间等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎能显著提高临床疗效,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Application observed Ambroxol adjuvant therapy in children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective To observe the adjuvant treatment of ambroxol efficacy of bronchial pneumonia in children. Methods September 2008-May 2012 in our hospital 80 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 40 cases.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy based on the observation group,the other giving ambroxol adjuvant therapy.Compared two groups of children disappearing time shortness of breath,coughing disappearance time rales disappeared time,temperature recovery time, hospital stay, and clinical efficacy,adverse reactions. Results Observation group disappeared during the treatment time shortness of breath,coughing disappearance time rales disappeared time, temperature recovery time and hospital stay were superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）;observation group cure rate and the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group,a statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Ambroxol adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of significant clinical value.
