影像引导技术在腹盆腔调强放疗中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨影像引导技术在腹盆腔调强放疗中的应用。方法:对腹盆腔肿瘤调强放疗患者采用负压真空袋固定,前3次放疗前利用加速器机载锥形束CT行靶区部位扫描重建三维影像,与计划中的CT影像比对,获得两影像空间位置误差,经影像确认后予以校正,以后每周重复1次。用SAS统计软件系统处理数据。结果:负压真空袋固定的腹盆腔部患者均行影像引导校正;影像引导后复核显示,头脚方向误差为(-0.71±1.83)mm,前后方向为(0.21±1.71)mm,高于左右方向的(0.14±1.34)mm。结论:影像引导技术有助于提高负压真空袋固定的腹盆腔肿瘤摆位精度,减小摆位误差,并指导后续分次放疗的摆位。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application of the image-guided technique in abdominal-pelvic intensity-modulated radiothera- py. Methods: For the pelvic-abdominal tumor patients in abdominal-pelvic intensity-modulated radiotherapy with negativep ressure vac- uum bag immobilization, using accelerator conebeam CT, to get three-dimensional images of the target for the first three times before radiotherapy, and to get two images position errors, and to correct after confirming the errors. Repeat once a week. Data was processed using SAS statistical software system. Results: The patients of abdominal-pelvic tumors with negative pressure vacuum mobilization needed image-guided correction; the image guiding verification showed that head-foot direction error was (- 0.71 ± 1.83)mm, front and rear direction was (0. 21±1.71 )ram, the left and right direction was (0. 14 ±1.34)mm. Conclusion: The image-guided technology is conducive to improve positioning precision in the abdominal-pelvic intensity-modulated radiotherapy with the vacuum bag fixed, and reduce the position errors and direct the following fractionated radiotherapy positioning.
