护理单元配备信息管理护士的做法与效果

目的 探讨分析选配信息管理护士在护理质量管理中的作用与效果。方法 在我院各临床护理单元选配信息管理护士1名,对比选配前后护理质量管理指标的变化。结果 选配信息管理护士后,护理质量管理指标较应用前明显好转,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;选用信息管理护士前每年护理不良事件发生率为5.08%;选配信息管理护士后护理不良事件发生率为2.42%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;住院患者对护理服务的满意度由95%上升到98%。结论 选配信息管理护士可明显提高护理质量和住院患者满意度,并显著降低护理不良事件的发生率。

Role and Effect of Information Management Nurse in Nursing Unit

Objective To explore the role and effect of information management nurse in nursing quality management. Methods One information management nurse was selected from each clinical nursing units of our hospital and then the changes of nursing quality management indicators were comapred before and after the selection. Results After the selection of information management nurse, the quality of care management indicators was improved significantly and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of nursing adverse events was decreased from 5.08% to 2.42% per year and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the satisfaction of inpatients with nursing services increased from 95% to 98%. Conclusion Information management nurse plays a role in nursing quality management, which can greatly improve the quality of care and inpatient satisfaction, and significantly reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
