| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨分娩方式与产程对新生儿窒息的影响,降低新生儿窒息发生率和死亡率.方法 对141例新生儿窒息的因素以及产程、分娩方式进行对比分析.结果 ①臀位助产、臀位牵引、胎头吸引术、剖宫产术的新生儿窒息率经统计学处理明显高于自然分娩率(P＜0.01);②滞产、第二产程延长者新生儿窒息率经统计学处理明显高于正常产程与第二产程正常的新生儿窒息率(P＜0.01).结论 对胎位不正、滞产、第二产程延长者,产时适时选择正确的分娩方式极为重要.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate influence of patterns of delivery and process of labor on neonatal asphyxia so as to decrease neonatal asphyxia morbidity rate and mortality rate.Methods The causes of 141 cases of neonatal asphyxia,process and patterns of delivery of parturients were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with natural delivery,in presence of assisted breech delivery,breech extraction,application of vacuum extractor,and cesarean section,the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia increased significantly(P<0.01).And compared with natural process of labor,in presence of prolonged labor and prolonged second stage of labor,the incidence rate of neonatal asphyxia rate increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion For those parturients with abnormal fetal position,prolonged labor and prolonged second process of labor,it is most important to select a right pattern of delivery timely. |
