摘    要:目的 了解长沙市阴道炎的患病情况 ,探讨简便有效的细菌性阴道病 (BV)的实验室诊断方法。 方法 采用常规方法对 16 5 7份阴道分泌物进行滴虫、霉菌及细菌性阴道病的检查 ,并对阴道分泌物涂片进行革兰染色及细菌评分。 结果  16 5 7份阴道分泌物中 ,检出 BV5 73例 (34.6 4 %) ,滴虫性阴道炎及霉菌性阴道炎检出率分别为 4 .76 %及10 .0 8%,BV合并滴虫和 /或霉菌感染比率为 2 .96 %。细菌评分与 BV呈明显的相关 (P<0 .0 0 0 1)。 结论 长沙市区妇女中 BV患病率远远高于滴虫性和霉菌性阴道炎 ,且 BV常伴有滴虫和 /或霉菌的感染。提示临床工作中应常规开展 BV的检查 ,以提供及时准确的诊疗信息。

Abstract:Objective To know about the status of vaginitis in Changsha and to probe into a simple and effective diagnostic means of bacterial vaginosis. Methods The inspection of infusorial vaginitis,monilial vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis were carried out by routine method. In addition,the slide was processed bacterial score after Gram's stain. Results 573 cases of bacterial vaginitis,79 cases of infusorial vaginitis,167 cases of monilial vaginitis were confirmed in 1 657 vaginal secretion. Otherwise,there were 49 cases had bacterial vaginosis with infusorial and/or mold infection.There was obvious correlation between bacterial score and bacterial vaginosis. Conclusions the rate of bacterial vaginosis in women of Changsha is higher than infusorial and monilial vaginitis,and a lot of bacterial vaginosis were accompanied with infusorial and/or monilial vaginitis.It suggests that in order to provide timely and exact information for diagnosis and treat ment of vaginitis,we ought to consider inspection of bacterial vaginosis as a routine procedure.
