不同产地桔梗的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳指纹图谱鉴别研究

摘    要: 目的建立不同产地桔梗药材的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法蛋白质(Pro)、过氧化物酶同工酶(POD)、酯酶同工酶(EST)PAGE指纹图谱分析。结果不同产地桔梗的Pro-PAGE图谱差异极小;POD-PAGE与EST-PAGE图谱在谱带分布及数量上均具有显著性差异,分别具有各自的鉴别谱带。结论POD-PAGE与EST-PAGE指纹图谱可作为鉴别不同产地桔梗的有效方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide the identifical method for radix platycodonis collected from different productive areas by PAGE.METHODS Using the polyacryamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) of protein(Pro),peroxidase(POD) isozyme and esterase(EST),the radix platycodonis of different productive areas were analyzed and identified.RESULTS There were few differences on their protein PAGES.Their POD and EST PAGES were significantly different in grades,regions and quantities of lanes.CONCLUSION PAGE has some advantages such as high sensitivity and simple operation.It can be used to identify radix platycodonis from several productive areas.
