| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨剖宫产术后应用PCEA自控镇痛泵对剖宫产术后产妇的影响.方法 选择剖宫产术后的400例产妇,随机分为两组,研究组200例使用PCEA自控镇痛泵镇痛,对照组200例使用传统方法 镇痛,观察两组镇痛效果及不良反应的发生情况.结果 PCEA自控镇痛泵镇痛效果明显优于传统盐酸哌替啶镇痛.结论 剖宫产术后使用PCEA自控镇痛泵,镇痛效果显著,有利于促进母乳喂养和术后的恢复,并且安全、方便,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of PCEA self-controlled analgesia on the parturient women after cesarcan section.Methods Four-hundred parturient women after cesarean section were selected and divided into two groups:200 cases in the test group were given self-controlled analgesia and another 200 cases in the control group received the traditional analgesia.The analgesic effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The effect of PCEA self-controlled analgesia was superior obviously to that of the traditi... |
