| 微波联合腹腔热灌注化疗治疗晚期腹盆腔恶性肿瘤临床分析 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨晚期腹盆腔恶性肿瘤(伴有或不伴有腹腔积液)采用腹腔热灌注化疗加微波热疗的疗效及毒副反应。方法:59例晚期腹盆腔恶性肿瘤患者随机分两组,联合治疗组30例,采用腹腔热灌注化疗加微波热疗;对照组29例,采用单纯腹腔热灌注化疗。结果:联合治疗组有效率为70.00%,对照组为31.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组毒副作用除出汗(P<0.01)外,其余差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合治疗组治疗后生活质量较对照组治疗后提高(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗后白细胞功能升高,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合腹腔热灌注化疗适用于晚期腹盆腔恶性肿瘤伴腹腔积液,尤其有肝脏及门静脉转移患者治疗,能够明显改善患者的生活质量和白细胞的吞噬功能。
