云南省青年学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率调查分析

目的了解云南省各类学校学生艾滋病防治知识知晓水平,为全省防治工作评估提供基线数据和决策依据。方法采用分层概率抽样方法对全省16个州(市)职高、中专、大专和大学的在校学生共12895人进行了问卷调查。结果在校学生艾滋病防治知识知晓水平总体较低,平均仅占15.7%,其中女生和大学生的知晓率较低。知识知晓率随年龄的增加而增加。各地知晓率存在明显的地区差异。学生对艾滋病有关知识的来源渠道主要是电视、报刊书籍、免费宣传材料、广告、网络等大众传媒。结论学校艾滋病预防教育工作尚未有效落实,学生对艾滋病知识主要来自社区大众的宣传教育的辐射。学校艾滋病预防教育工作亟待加强。

Survey on HIV/AIDS Knowledge among Students in Yunnan Province

Objective To determine the awareness level of HIV/AIDS knowledge among students in Yunnan Province.Methods 12 895 students from vocational schools,technical secondary schools,junior colleges and universities of all 16 prefectures in Yunnan province have been interviewed.PPS sampling method was used. Results Awareness rates of HIV/AIDS knowledge were quite low among students with only 15.7% in average,especially among female students and university students.Whereas the awareness rates increased along with the increasing of student's age,and were various at different areas.The main source of knowledge comes from mass media,such as TV,newspaper,book,free IEC material,advertisement and internet.Conclusion HIV/AIDS education among students is unsatisfactory in that HIV/AIDS knowledge among students still mainly comes from the community mass media campaign.It is urgent to improve school AIDS education.
