| 摘 要： | 目的：推动医疗设备售后服务持续完善。方法：以上海2009年第3次对医疗放射影像类设备的主流厂商的售后服务满意度进行调查的结果为依据,对结果进行统计分析。结果：将统计分析结果结合横向比较进行排名并公布,分数及排名上都有一定的变化。结论：通过3年的连续实践,提高了售后服务管理水平,促进了各厂商对售后服务的重视和改进。 |
