摘    要:点阵激光是一种利用局灶光热性原理治疗疾病的激光。利用点阵激光技术治疗瘢痕,实质上是对瘢痕组织造成一种有限的、可逆的损伤,并启动皮肤的修复系统进行修复。表皮的覆盖,真皮组织的再生和重塑是维持创面愈合质量的重要因素。创面愈合过程中真皮-表皮连接(Dermal-epidermal junction,DEJ)区结构的紊乱将导致皮肤水疱及瘢痕的产生。本综述将从真皮-表皮连接区的组织学变化来阐述点阵激光治疗后创面愈合的机制。

Abstract:Fractional laser is a kind of therapeutic laser technology treating diseases by making use of the fractional photothermolysis. To treat scar with fractional laser, in essence, is to cause a limited and reversible damage to scar tissue and then restore the skin by initiating the skin repairing system. Epidermal cover and the regeneration and reconstruction of dermal tissue are the important factors of maintaining the quality of wound healing. During the wound healing process, the structural disorder in the dermal-epidermal junction can lead to the development of skin blister and scar. This review is to discuss the wound healing mechanism after the fractional laser treatment from the perspective of histological changes in dermal-epidermal junction.
