| 摘 要： | 用单克隆抗体55,79检查了普通型急性淋巴细胞性白血病抗原(CALLA)的组织分布特点。CALLA除强烈地表达于普通型急性淋巴细胞性白血病(C-ALL)细胞表面外,某些T-ALL,个别B-ALL,以及一些具有淋巴细胞特点的慢粒急变白血细胞也表达此抗原。但个别正常骨髓细胞及大多数多形核白细胞也为CALLA~+细胞。非造血组织中,胎儿肾小球及近端曲管上皮、毛囊上皮细胞及小肠绒毛上保护性粘液也有CALLA表达。用免疫沉淀反应证明,多形核白细胞及非T非B细胞系Nalm-1表面CALLA分子量是完全相同的。

| Abstract: | The tissue distribution of common acute lymphoblastic leukaemia antigen (CALLA)was detected by monoclonal antibodies 55, 79. It was found that the CALLA was intensively expressed on the surface of C-ALL cells, some of T-ALL cells, blast cells of C GL at blast crisis and rare B-ALL cells were also CALLA+ cells. In addition, small percentage of bone marrow cells and majority of granulocytes were CALLA~+ cells too. The immunoprecipitation test showed that both Nalm-1 and polymorphs had the CALLA with an identical molecular weight. The CALLA was detected on epithelial cells of the fetal glomeruli and proximal tubules, epithelial cells of fetal hair follicles as well as protective mucosa on, the surface of small intestinal villi. |
