妊娠合并子宫肌瘤临床分析

目的:探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤最佳的治疗方法。方法:对2007年6月～2011年6月我院产科收治的92例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:92例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者,剖宫产79例子宫肌瘤中,同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术76例,5例孕早期二次妊娠发生自然流产后行肌瘤剔除术,8例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤,自然分娩产程顺利。结论:妊娠合并子宫肌瘤是妇产科常见病,易发生多种产科并发症,需尽早明确诊断,并根据子宫肌瘤的长出时间,位置大小及患者有无其他妊娠合并症等综合因素来选择分娩方式,同时剖宫产术中行肌瘤剔除术应慎重,预防并发症的产生。

The clinical analysis of pregnancy associated with hysteromyoma

Objective:To investigate the optimal therapeutic method of pregnancy associated with hysteromyoma.Methods: To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 92 paradigms of pregnancy associated with hysteromyoma patients from June,2007 to June,2011 in our hospital.Result:In these patients,76 paradigms with Myomectomy;5 paradigms with it after spontaneous abortion in early gestation of secondary pregnancy and 8 paradigms with pregnancy associated with hysteromyoma,which labor successfully of spontaneous delivery in the uterine fibroids of 79 patadigms of patients by caesarean section.Conclusion:Pregnancy associated with hysteromyoma is commonly encountered disease in obstetrics and gynecology department,and diverse obstetrics complication is easily ot occure so that a definite diagnosis should be made as early as possible and the delivery methodsshould be selected according to the time of hysteromyoma growing,the size of position and the other gravidity complication of the patients.At the same time,when having an operation of hysteromyoma,we must be prudent to prevent the complication.
