温针配合隔附子饼灸对糖尿病胃轻瘫血浆胃肠激素的影响

目的观察温针配合隔附子饼灸治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效及对血清胃动素的影响。方法将50例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用背俞穴温针配合神阙隔附子饼灸治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。观察两组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后两组胃动素的变化。结果两组治疗后总体症状积分及血清胃动素水平与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后总体症状积分及血清胃动素水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为72.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针配合隔附子饼灸是一种治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的有效方法,能改善血清胃动素水平。

Effect of Warm Needling and Aconite Cake-partitioned Moxibustion on Gastrointestinal Hormone in Plasma of Diabetic Gastroparesis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warm needling and aconite cake-partitioned moxibustion in treating diabetic gastroparesis and its effect on serum motilin. Method Fifty patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25 in each. The treatment group received warm needling at Back-shu points plus aconite cake-partitioned moxibustion, and the control group received medication. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the change of motilin was tested. Result The two groups both had significant changes in general symptom score and serum motilin level after treatment （P〈0.05）. In comparing general symptom score and serum motilin level after treatment, the treatment group was markedly different from the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated use of warm needling and aconite cake-partitioned moxibustion is an effective approach in treating diabetic gastroparesis and improving serum motilin.
