短刺配合功能训练治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的观察巨刺、短刺配合功能训练治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效的临床疗效。方法将120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用巨刺、短刺配合功能训练治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。治疗2个疗程后,观察两组治疗前后症状体征积分及VAS评分变化。结果两组治疗后症状体征积分及VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后症状体征积分及VAS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巨刺、短刺配合功能训练是一种治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的有效方法。

Observations on the Efficacy of Contralateral Meridian Needling and Short Thrust Needling plus Functional Training in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of contralateral meridian needling and short thrust needling plus functional training in treating early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 60 cases each. The treatment group received contralateral meridian needling and short thrust needling plus functional training and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The symptom and sign score and the VAS score were counted in the two groups before and after two courses of treatment. Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the symptom and sign score and the VAS score in the two groups （P〈0.01）. There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the symptom and sign score and the VAS score between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Contralateral meridian needling and short thrust needling plus functional training is an effective way to treat early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis.
