| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸结合走罐治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的50例变应性鼻炎患者,给予针灸、走罐治疗,每星期治疗2次,5次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,比较患者治疗前后症状及体征的变化。结果 50例患者经治疗后显效27例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率为94.0%。患者治疗后临床症状积分与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针灸配合拔罐是一种治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion and moving cupping in treating perennial allergic rhinitis. Method Fifty eligible patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion and moving cupping treatment, twice a week, 5 times as a treatment course, and 2 treatment courses in total. The symptoms and signs were compared before and after treatment. Result Of the 50 patients, 27 showed marked effect, 20 showed effect, 3 failed in the treatment, and the total effective rate was 94.0%. The clinical symptom score changed significantly after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Integrated use of acupuncture-moxibustion and moving cupping is an effective approach in treating perennial allergic rhinitis. |
