针刺治疗神经症疗效观察

目的观察针刺治疗神经症的临床疗效。方法将76例神经症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。治疗组采用针刺治疗并根据奇经八脉证治特点辨证归经选穴,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。两组分别于治疗前和治疗1、2星期后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)24项、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及不良反应量表(TESS)进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率为97.3%,对照组为77.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后HAMD、HAMA评分均较同组治疗前有显著下降(均P<0.05);治疗组治疗1星期后HAMD、HAMA评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺是一种治疗神经症的有效方法。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Neurosis

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture on neurosis. Methods Seventy-sixo neurosis patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 38 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture based on point selection according to eight extra meridians syndrome differentiation and the control group, medication alone. An evaluation was made using the 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （HAMD-24）, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） in the two groups before and after one and two weeks of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 97.3% in the treatment group and 77.1% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. The HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment than before （P〈0.05）. After one week of treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the HAMD and HAMA scores between treatment and control groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective way to treat neurosis.
