摘    要:目的观察针药并用治疗中风后失语的临床疗效。方法将63例中风后遗症患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。治疗组采用电针配合口服银丹心脑通治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,治疗2个疗程后评定两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为83.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后《汉语失语症检查法》各项评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗中风后失语的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medication in treating post-stroke aphasia. Method Sixty-three patients with post-stroke sequelae were randomized into a treatment group (n=32) and a control group (n=31). The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus orally-taken Yindan Xinnaotong; the control group only received acupuncture treatment. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group versus 83.9% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). In comparing the component scores of Aphasia Battery in Chinese after treatment, the differences between the treatment group and control group were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Integrated use of acupuncture and medication is an effective approach in treating post-stroke aphasia.
