穴位埋线与灸法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效对比

目的观察穴位埋线及灸法治疗非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将90例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组和对照组,每组30例。治疗1组采用穴位埋线治疗,治疗2组采用灸法治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较3组临床疗效。结果治疗1组总有效率为96.7%,治疗2组为93.3%,对照组为66.7%,治疗1组和治疗2组总有效率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线及灸法均是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Acupoint Embedding and Moxibustion in Treating Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding and moxibustion in treating nonspecific ulcerative colitis. Method Ninety patients with ulcerative colitis （UC） were randomized into treatment group l, treatment group 2, and a control group, 30 in each group. Treatment group 1 was intervened by acupoint embedding, treatment group 2 was by moxibustion, and the control group was by medication. The clinical efficacies of the three groups were compared. Result The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group 1, 93.3% in treatment group 2, and 66.7% in the control group. The total effective rates of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were both significantly different from that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated use of acupoint embedding and moxibustion is an effective way in treating UC.
