| 摘 要： | 目的总结探讨老年病人预防全髋关节置换术围手术期并发症的护理经验,提高护理水平。方法回顾分析2005年7月至2006年9月38例行全髋关节置换术的老年病人,总结围手术期预防并发症的护理措施。结果本组病例发生肺部感染l例;无手术失败的病例;无死亡;无因护理不当造成其它并发症。结论围手术期针对性预防护理措施对老年病人顺利度过全髋关节置换手术难关有重要作用。

The Prevention of Perioperative Complications for Elderly Patients with Total Hip Joint Replacement |

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and discuss the perioperative nursing points for elderly patients with total hip joint replacement.Methods Total hip joint replacement was used among 38 elderly patients from July 2005 to April 2006,to summarize the periope-rative nursing points for the prevention of perioperative complications.Results There was 1 pneumonia infection cases and there were no dead cases;all the patients had successful operation and nursing.Conclusions Perioperative nursing for elderly patients with total hip joint replacements is the key to guarantee the successful operation. |
