鼻敏温阳方对肾阳虚证变应性鼻炎大鼠血清IL-4的影响

目的观察中药复方鼻敏温阳方对肾阳虚型变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）病理模型IL-4的影响。方法选取70只雄性健康大鼠，造模成肾阳虚型AR，分为5组：空白组、模型组、西替利嗪组、中药大剂量组、中药小剂量组，用药治疗4周。除空白组10只外，其余每组15只大鼠。对实验动物造模前后IL-4水平及采用温阳益气法治疗造模动物前后IL-4水平相比较，并与空白对照组及西替利嗪治疗的阳性对照组相比较。结果治疗后大剂量中药组的血清IL-4水平低于西替利嗪组。西替利嗪组与小剂量中药组之间的血清IL-4水平差值不明显。结论鼻敏温阳方治疗肾阳亏虚型AR可能与免疫调节作用有关。

The effect of Chinese herbal compound Biminwenyang on the serum IL-4 in allergic rhinitis rats lacking of Kidney Yang

Objective To evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal compound Biminwenyang on the serum interleukin 4 （IL-4） in rat model with allergic rhinitis and lacking of Kidney Yang. Methods 70 male healthy rats were chosen and modeled to have allergic rhinitis lacking of Kidney Yang. The rats were divided into five groups： blank group, model group, cetirizine group, large Chinese herbal dose group and minor Chinese herbal dose group. There were 10 rats in the blank group, and 15 rats in the others respectively. After the rats were treated for 4 weeks, the serum IL-4 level was compared between before and after modeling, treatments and between the blank and the cetirizine groups. Results After the treatment, the serum IL-4 level of the large Chinese herbal dose group was lower than those of the cetirizine group and the minor Chinese herbal dose group. The serum IL-4 level difference between the cetirizine group and the minor Chinese herbal dose group was not significant.Conclusions The effect of Chinese herbal compound Biminwenyang on allergic rhinitis lacking of Kidney Yang is probably related to immune regulatory.
