| 摘 要： | 重症肺心病21例,男16例,女8例,年龄61～82(65±3)岁.其中合并肾功能不全18例,合并浅昏迷6例.应用肝素钠(H)100mg,多巴胺(D)20mg,酚妥拉明(P)5mg联合静滴,8～12滴/分,每日1次,7天1个疗程.结果:显效19例,有效3例,说明三者合用对重症肺心病疗效显著,且无明显副作用.

| Abstract: | 24 patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, in which being 16 men. 8 women, mean age 65 SE 3, were administrated heparin sodium (100mg), dopamine (20mg) and phentolamine (5mg) per day, which each course was seven days, by vein. of the 24 patients, 18 had renal dysfunction and 6 complicated semicoma. The results indicated that 19 cases were significantly improved and 3 were effective. It was suggested that the combined drug therapy had significant effect and less side reaction. |
