摘    要:目的 应用Kappa统计量评价不同观察者对膝关节半月板撕裂MRI诊断的一致性。 方法 由一位有经验的骨关节放射科医生回顾分析 13 9例半月板MRI图像 ,所得结果与原始MRI报告结果进行Kappa统计分析。 结果 对内侧半月板 ,MRI初诊和MRI再诊具有极好的诊断一致性 ,Kappa值为 0 .79;对外侧半月板 ,两者具有好的诊断一致性 ,Kappa值为 0 .70。结论 MRI初诊和MRI再诊对膝关节内外侧半月板的诊断一致性良好

Abstract:Objective To assess the diagnostic agreement of different observers in MRI diagnosis of meniscal diseases with the Kappa statistic. Methods One hundred and thirty nine cases of MR imaging of meniscus were retrospectively analysed by a experienced orthopaedic radiologist. The results were compared with those reported by the original reports of each patient. Results For medical menisci, two results had excellent diagnostic agreement and the Kappa value was 0.79. For lateral menisci, two results had good agreement and the Kappa value was 0.70. Conclusion No matter for medical menisci or lateral menisci, the results of the original reports and the results of the experienced orthopaedic radiologist had good diagnostic agreement.
