罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在分娩镇痛中的应用

目的探讨罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼在分娩镇痛中的临床疗效。方法选择ASAⅠ、Ⅱ级使用分娩镇痛的足月初产妇共368例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组184例。观察组采用罗哌卡因＋舒芬太尼复合麻醉，对照组采用罗哌卡因＋芬太尼复合麻醉。观察两组镇痛效果、产程进展、产妇生命体征等情况。结果①观察组镇痛后5min、10min的镇痛效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；②产程、产妇生命体征、剖宫产率、新生儿评分、产后出血等两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论将罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼应用于分娩镇痛中，镇痛效果明显，对于分娩过程中产妇和新生儿的不良影响小，值得临床推广。

Effects of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Labor Analgesia

Objective To explore the clinical effects of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in labor analgesia. Methods 368 cases of full - term primipara with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ were divided into observation group and control group with 184 cases in each group. Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil were used in observation group with ropivacaine combined with fentanyl in control group. Analgesic effects,labor progress and vital signs were observed in both groups. Results ①Analgesic effects in 5 rain and 10 min in observation group were better than those in control group（P 〈 0.05 ） ;②There were no significant difference in labor progress, vital signs, cesarean section rate, apgar score and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Analgesic effects of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in labor analgesia are good with little bad effects to the puerpera and neonate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
