江阴市美沙酮门诊吸毒人员HBV、HCV和HIV感染状况调查

目的了解江阴市区吸毒人员HBV、HCV和HIV感染状况，以期为该地区重点人群病毒性肝炎和艾滋病毒的防治提供依据。方法检测初次来美沙酮门诊登记的吸毒人员210例样本血清中HCV-IgG，HBaAg，HIV抗体。结果该地区美沙酮门诊吸毒人员的HCV—IgG阳性率为70．48％，HBsAg阳性率为7．14％，HIV抗体的阳性率为1．43％。其中有9人为HBV和HCV合并感染，合并感染率为4．29％；有2人为HIV，HCV合并感染，合并感染率0．95％；有1人为HIV、HBV、HCV合并感染，合并感染率为0．48％．结论要重视吸毒人员的HCV和HIV的感染现状，进行重点的监管和监测，防止HCV和HIV感染加剧。

Survey on Infection of HBV, HCV and HIV among Addicts Receiving Methadone Therapy

Objective]To understand the infection status of HBV, HCV and HIV among addicts in urban Jiangyin, and provide evidence for viral hepatitis and HIV control among focus groups of local area. Methods]Totally 210 serum samples from addicts who primarily registered in clinic for methadone therapy were collected for HCV-IgG, HBsAg and HIV antibody detection. Results]The positive rate of HCV-IgG , HBsAg and HIV antibody among addicts with methadone therapy was 70.48%, 7.14% and 1.43%, respectivdy. 9 addicts （4.29%） infected with both HBV and HCV; 2 （0.95% ） infected with HIV and HCV; 1 （0.48% ） infected with HIV, HBV and HCV. Conclusion] The infection of HCV and HIV among addicts should be attached importance. The addicts should be supervised and monitored strictly to prevent the spread of HCV and HIV.
