| 摘 要： | 目的 :对儿童常见急性感染性疾病红细胞免疫功能进行检测。方法 :采用免疫学方法对 1993～ 1995年收治的急性感染性疾病患儿 (支气管肺炎 74例、感染性腹泻 6 6例、上呼吸道感染 5 4例 )红细胞免疫功能指标 (红细胞C3b受体、红细胞免疫复合物花环、红细胞免疫促进因子和抑制因子 )进行了测定。结果 :急性感染性疾病患儿红细胞免疫指标红细胞C3b受体 (C3b R)和促进因子均明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,红细胞免疫复合物花环(ICR)除腹泻组外 ,其余两组也显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。抑制因子均相对升高。结论 :急性感染性疾病时红细胞免疫功能低下 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the changes of red cell immunity in children with acute infectious diseases including acute upper respiratory infections(AURI),acute bronchi pneumonia and acute infectious diarrhea.Methods: According to the methods of Liu Jingtian and Guo Feng′s report,the RBC C 3b receptor (RBC C 3b R),RBC immunocomplex (RBC ICR),RBC C 3b R promotion factors and inhibitory factors were detected.Results: The RBC C 3b R,RBC ICR,RBC ICR,RBC ICR promotion factors in children with AURI and acute bronchi pneumonia are lower than that of the normals( P<0.05 ),and the inhibitory factors arte the same as normal ( P>0.05) ,The RBC C 3b R,promotion factors in children with acute infectious diarrhea are lower than that of the normals ( P<0.05) .Conclusion: It is indicated that the red cell immune function in children with acute infectious diseases are decreased. |
