| 摘 要： | 本文报告100名正常人及糖尿病等182例血液流变学指标测定的结果。92例糖尿病血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、血沉及红细胞压积与正常组对照有显著差异(P<0.05)。66例冠心病血浆粘度和血沉与正常组对照也有显著差异(P<0.05)。真性红细胞增多症全血粘度较高,多友性骨髓瘤及高球蛋白症血浆粘度较高,由于疾病病因不同结果也不一样,说明血液流变学指标测定在临床诊断上有一定价值。

| Abstract: | This paper is an analysis of the hae-morheological indexes determined on 100healthy controls and 182 cases of diabetesmellitus and other diseases. Viscosity ofplasma, whole blood reduced viscosity, B.S. R. and P. C. V. are found to be sig-nificantly higher in 92 cases with diabe-tes mellitus, 62 with coronary heart di-sease (P<0. 05) as compared with the con-trol group. Viscosity of plasma and B.S. R. are also found to be significantlyhigher in 66 cases eith coronary heart di-sease (P<0.05) whole blood viscosity indrimary erythremia, viscosity of plasmain multiple myeloma amd hyperglobuline-mia are higher than those in the controlhealthy group, Because of the various eti-ology of the diseases the results of hae-morheology are different, which shows thatthe determination of the indexes of hae-morheology is of certain value in clinicaldiagnosis. |
