| 摘 要： | 为探讨人类乳头状病毒与腮肿瘤关系，采用ＰＣＲ技术检测１８例石蜡包埋的腮腺良、恶性肿瘤标梧ＨＰＶ６．１１和ＨＰＶ１６．１８的感染情况，结果显示：１５例多形性腺瘤和３例恶性肿瘤标本中，ＨＰＶ６，１１均为阴性反应，ＨＰＶ１６，１８阳性反应各１例。提示ＨＰＶ１６，１８有高度致癌性。考虑到腮腺与口腔组织所处的环境差异，ＨＰＶ１６，１８的致癌作用可能表现为协同效应。

| Abstract: | In this investigation, 18 cases of parotid gland tumors were studied by PCR in order to detect infection of HPV6. 11 and HPV16,18. The results show: in 15 cases of polymorphic adenomas and 3 cases of malignant tumor, the staining reactions for HPV6, 11 were negative, 1 case of HPV16, 18 positive reaction in both groups was found (1/15 and 1/3). Our study indicates that HPV16. 18 may be high carinogen. Considering the difference between parotid gland and oral cavity, carcinogenesis of HPV16, 18 is by synergistic action. |
