| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌手术的临床疗效及价值。方法将2007年1月至2010年1月广东省茂名市茂南区人民医院治疗的结直肠癌患者49例随机分为腹腔镜组24例和开腹组25例,对两组的治疗情况进行比较。结果两组术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、人均镇痛次数相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组复发转移发生率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术创伤小,并发症发生率低,是安全可行的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of colorectal cancer surgery and value.Methods January 2007 to January 2010 from Maonan district people＇s hospital treatment of colorectal cancer patients in 49 cases were randomly divided into 8 and 24 patients laparoscopic group,two groups of 25 patients treated for comparison.Results Two groups peri-operative bleeding,intestinal function recovery time,per capita analgesia significantly difference compared to the number（P〈0.05）.Two groups of complications than there was significant difference（P〈0.05）.Two groups of relapse and metastasis rate than there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion laparoscopic colorectal cancer incidence of complications,vesssed low,it is safe and feasible. |
