阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术30例临床分析

目的 探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性和安全性.方法 将收治的60例具有子宫肌瘤剔除术指征的子宫肌瘤患者随机分为两组,A组30例行阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术,B组30例行腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较术中、术后的情况.结果 阴式组比腹式组手术时间短、术中出血量少,术后疼痛明显减轻,肛门排气早,术后体温恢复正常的平均时间、住院时间、使用抗菌素时间均明显缩短(P＜0.05).结论 阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术较腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术操作简单、手术效果好、手术副作用轻、患者损伤小、康复快、术后并发症少,该手术是一种在临床值得推广应用的微创术式.

Clinical analysis in thirty cases of the colpomyomectomy

Objective To assess the feasibility and safety of colpomyomectomy. Methods 60 hysteromyoma patients who had indication of myomectomy were randomized into two groups. One group (30 patients) received colpomyomectomy, the other group(30 patients) received celiomyomectomy. Observing the clinical effect of intraoperation and postoperation between the two groups respectively. Results Comparing the colpomyomectomy group and celiomyomectomy group, the former operation time reduced, the amount of intraoperative bleeding reduced, postoperative pain relieved, anal exsufflation was earlier(P<0.05), postoperative average days of body-temperature recovering and hospitalization days and using antibiotic days all shortened obviously(P<0.05). Conclusions Operation of the colpomyomectomy is simple, the effects of operation is good,its side effect is slight, And damage for patient is small. It is a micro-trauma operation and it is worth clinically spreading.
