在全凭静脉麻醉下后腹腔镜手术中应用脑电双频指数调控的意义

目的探讨在全凭静脉麻醉下后腹腔镜手术中应用脑电双频指数(BIS)调控对麻醉质量的影响。方法择期行后腹腔镜手术患者60例,随机分为BIS调控下丙泊酚持续泵入组(A组)和丙泊酚持续泵入组(B组),比较两组术中血流动力学、麻醉药用量、拔管时间、定向力恢复时间及术中知晓率。测定两组各时点血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的浓度。结果两组间术中血流动力学无统计学差异,两组间IL-6和CRP的浓度无统计学差异。A组丙泊酚用量明显低于B组(P<0.05),A组拔管时间、定向力恢复时间短于B组(P<0.05),两组均无术中知晓发生。结论在后腹腔镜手术中应用BIS监测可维持患者血流动力学稳定,减少麻醉药用量并缩短拔管时间及定向力恢复时间,提高麻醉质量,对手术的应激反应无影响。

Clinical significance of bispectral index monitoring in retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery under total intravenous anesthesia

Objective To explore the effect of interleukin-6(IL-6) on actin expression in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(HPLFs).
