| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)对人牙周膜细胞(human periodontal ligament fibroblasts,HPLFs)合成肌动蛋白(actin)的影响。方法取体外培养的第5代HPLFs,分别用0 ng/ml(对照),0.1,1,10,100 ng/ml浓度的IL-6干扰48 h后应用免疫细胞化学方法观察细胞胞质中actin的合成情况。结果与对照组相比,HPLFs中actin的表达在1-100ng/ml IL-6干预后都明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6有抑制HPLFs合成肌动蛋白的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of interleukin-6(IL-6) on actin expression in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts(HPLFs). Methods Human periodontal ligament fibroblasts were cultured in vitro.The cells of fifth generation were exposed to the different concentrations of IL-6(0,0.1,1,10,100 ng/ml) for 48 h,respectively.Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the actin expression.
