| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱内灌注卡介苗(BCG)+白细胞介素2(IL-2)预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发的疗效及安全性。方法对34例应用卡介苗,40例应用BCG+IL-2患者定期膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发进行随访,随访过程为2年。结果 BCG+IL-2组和BCG组手术后2年肿瘤复发率分别为15.0%(6/40)和23.5%(8/34)。结论膀胱癌术后定期BCG+IL-2膀胱灌注预防浅表性膀胱癌术后复发疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of intravesical instillation of IL-2 plus BCG in prevention of bladder tumor recurrence.Methods Intravesical instillation of 1 000 000 U IL-2 plus 120 mg BCG were used for 40 postoperative patients with bladder cancer,while intravesical instillation of 120 mg BCG along was given in 34 patients.All patients were followed up for 2 years.Results Eight of 34(23.5%)recurred in BCG group,while 6 of 40(15.0%)recurred in BCG+IL-2 group.Conclusion BCG+IL-2 is rec... |
